There will be an Extra Ordinary Full Council Meeting (EFCM) on Tuesday 18th August commencing at 7.30pm in the John Banks Hall. This will be to discuss the reserved matters for Land East of Albion Road and North of Copper Lane.
The principle of permission has been given (23/504068/OUT – 23/504068/OUT | Outline application with some matters reserved (access only sought) for the removal of 2 former agricultural sheds and erection of up to 117no. dwellings and associated infrastructure including partial footways on Albion Road. | Land East Of Albion Road And North Of Copper Lane Marden Kent TN12 9EG – agreed at appeal under reference APP/U2235/W/24/3346817).
The current application to be discussed on Tuesday includes details of associated landscaping, open space, site layout and design of dwellings.
