Planning Policies and Procedures

Policies and Procedures relevant to the Planning Committee were reviewed by the Committee members at their meeting in January 2025.  These were then ratified at Full Council on 11th March 2025.

These will be reviewed again in 2026 unless changes have been undertaken during the year at which time they will be amended and resubmitted to the next available Full Council meeting
