MARDEN PARISH COUNCIL - OPEN SPACE BYELAWS

REVISION DOCUMENT

Marden Parish Council is updating their Open Space Byelaws for Marden Playing Field (including Napoleon Drive Play Area and Open Space) and Southons Field.

The revised document is based on the Model Byelaws provided by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Before the revised document is submitted to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government the Parish Council has to consult with residents.

There is a short article in the recent Parish Council newsletter but if you wish to view the proposed revised document please see the document attached below or contact Ali in the Parish Council Office for a hard copy.

Residents were asked to comment on the proposed revision by either indicating you agree or disagree with the changes.

No responses were received and the Parish Council is now in the process of submitting the application to the Secretary of State to amend the Open Spaces Byelaws.
