MARDEN PARISH COUNCIL - OPEN SPACE BYELAWS

REVISION DOCUMENT

Marden Parish Council is updating their Open Space Byelaws for Marden Playing Field (including Napoleon Drive Play Area and Open Space) and Southons Field.

The revised document is based on the Model Byelaws provided by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Before the revised document is submitted to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government the Parish Council has to consult with residents.

There is a short article in the recent Parish Council newsletter but if you wish to view the proposed revised document please see the document attached below or contact Ali in the Parish Council Office for a hard copy.

Residents are asked to comment on the proposed revision by either indicating you agree or disagree with the changes.

Please send your comments and whether you agree/disagree to the Parish Council at [email protected] or alternatively please complete the form on the form below  and return to the Parish Office, Marden Library or at the Open Morning on 22nd March at the Vestry Hall from 10.00am to 12.30pm

Please note that the closing date for comments is 25th April 2025.
