Infrastructure Spend Plan 2025

MARDEN PARISH COUNCIL - INSTRUCTURE SPEND PLAN (ISP)

The Parish Council has access to funding through the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).  We also need to influence other authorities such as education, health, and transport to spend money in Marden to improve facilities for all residents now and in the future.

The Parish Council has put together a list of facilities and services that Marden needs either now or in the future.  This list has been compiled from feedback from residents through public consultation for the Neighbourhood Plan, feedback residents have given us through conversations, letters, e mails etc and Parish Councillors own observations.

We are now reviewing this document and need to know what’s most important to you and is there anything we’ve missed?  Your input is vital to ensure the Parish Council is prioritising the facilities and services you want.

The consultation period runs from 10th March to 25th April 2025.

The current document can be viewed below along with a comments sheet.

Details will also be available at the Open Morning at Marden Vestry Hall on Saturday 22nd March 2025 from 10.00am to 12.30pm

Please return your comments via email to [email protected] or hard copies to the Parish Office, Marden Library or at the Open Morning.
