Correspondence Log

For transparency and to provide residents of the type of queries the Parish Office receives we have started to keep a log (non-confidential) of telephone, emails and face-to-face comments that the office receives on a daily basis.  Up until 1st June this is only based on telephone calls/face to face but going forward all types of queries will be recorded.  

This is a trial document and the log will be presented to Cllrs at their monthly meeting for information.  Any item that requires a decision etc will be placed as an agenda item at the next appropriate meeting.
