Assets of Community Value

Marden Parish Council has formulated a list of community facilities in the parish which may, or may not, be suitable as an asset of community value (ACV) - see below.

MPC successfully applied to MBC for:
The Unicorn PH become an ACV in 2021 a resubmission is required to be sent in March 2026 and Cllrs will be reviewing this in October 2025.
The West End Tavern became an ACV early in 2025.

Cllrs are in the process of reviewing the list held by Marden PC to prioritise other assets which may be successful in obtaining ACV status.
