An outline application for the above site was received in September 2023: 23/504068/OUT | Outline application with some matters reserved (access only sought) for the removal of 2 former agricultural sheds and erection of up to 117no. dwellings and associated infrastructure including partial footways on Albion Road. | Land East Of Albion Road And North Of Copper Lane Marden Kent TN12 9EG

Marden Parish Council recommended refusal and Maidstone Borough Council also refused the application.  However, it went to appeal and it was allows.

DHA Planning (representing B-Yond) gave a presentation to Marden Parish Council at the Extra Ordinary Full Council meeting held on 19th May  regarding draft proposals prior to a reserved matters application being submitted.

Following the two EFCM meetings Cllrs agreed to write to the Director of Highways regarding the proposed road layout of Albion Road.  A copy can be viewed below.
